Three people were arrested in Belfast last night as protests over the restrictions to the flying of the Union flag at City Hall continue.

The flag will fly over City Hall today - to mark the birthday of the Countess of Wessex.

However, loyalists still plan to hold a further protest outside the building this afternoon.
