More than 130 new jobs are to be created by 3 separate Irish food companies over the next three years in a 9 million euro investmant programme.
Green Farm Foods in County Westmeath, will create 30 jobs in Rathowen, O'Brien Fine Foods in Co. Kildare is to take on an extra 51 staff and a further 53 positions will be created at Swift Fine Foods in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan.
The food jobs are announced as 50 new jobs are being created in Dublin at Stream Global Services.
The company, which provides business process outsourcing, will also hire 200 seasonal staff for its north Dublin centres in the lead up to Christmas.
Stream has more than 55 contact centres worldwide.
