5 men are appearing in court in India today, charged with the gang-rape and murder of a student in New Delhi.
They're also accused of kidnap, robbery and conspiracy over the December attack which has sparked massive protests in the country.
A 17 year old who's also been charged will be tried in a separate juvenile court.
The 23 year old victim of the attack died in hospital a week ago.
Security has been tightened at the courthouse where today's hearing is taking place.
Two of the accused have offered to help the prosecution's argument - possibly in return for lighter sentences.
Sky's Alex Rossi is outside the courthouse and says that's likely to be rejected.
