An estimated 5,000 students and members of the public took to the streets of Dublin today to protest against the lack of support provided by the Government to the speakers of Irish.

The protest took place at Parnell Square/The Garden of Remembrance then proceeded to Leinster House, where Seo Linn and Kíla will perform.
