51 jobs are to go at White Young Green.

A liquidator has been appointed to the engineering consultancy company.

It has operated in the Irish market for around 10 years .

The jobs will be lost in Dublin, Cork and Sligo.

The company says it has been loss making for some time.

It also adds that the problems facing the business are insurmountable.

The group has offices across Europe, Africa and Asia.

It employs some 1,500 people world-wide.
