60 charges are to be brought against people in relation to investigations into the former Anglo Irish Bank, by the Office of Corporate Enforcement.
The office has just released its Annual Report, which shows 19 company directors were disqualified last year, and 16 criminal convictions were brought against people.
The Director of Corporate Enforcement, Ian Drennan, says his office has submitted a large number of files to the Director of Public Prosecutions since it first started investigating the undisclosed extent of loans at the former bank in 2008.
The office's Director, Ian Drennan says they're now assisting the DPP with their inquiries into Anglo.
