60 young people have been treated for the effects of drugs and alcohol at a concert at Belfast's Odyssey Arena tonight.

In a statement arena management said the concert goers turned up at the venue intoxicated and were refused entry.

Northern Ireland's Ambulance Service earlier declared a 'major incident' and seven people were transferred to hospital for treatment.

The concert which is being headlined by Dutch DJ 'Hardwell' is continuing as normal.
