Luke 'Ming' Flanagan has been elected in the Midlands-North-West constituency following the conclusion of the 19th count there.

His election comes on the fifth day of the count at the TF Royal in Castlebar.
Speaking straight after he was elected, he thanked everyone who voted for him.
"I'm feeling absolutely elated," he said.
"I'm just honoured to get the opportunity for the third time to represent this constituency.
"There's a few people not here today; my mother, my father, my father-in-law and I'm missing you all but it's absolutely brilliant.
"It's beyond my wildest dream - thanks, Midlands-North-West!"

Meanwhile, Fianna Fáil's Barry Cowen and the Fine Gael pairing of Maria Walsh and Nina Carberry will all win seats.
The fifth and final seat looks like going to Independent Ireland's Ciaran Mullooly, who has now regained a lead over Sinn Féin's Michelle Gildernew.
The exclusion of another Fianna Fáil candidate Lisa Chambers has preceded the next count. The final count is expected before midnight.
