US actress Shannen Doherty, best known for her role in Charmed, has died from breast cancer at the age of 53.
According to People Magazine, Ms Doherty died yesterday surrounded by her loved ones.
"The devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded by her loved ones as well as her dog, Bowie," her publicist said.
"The family asks for their privacy at this time so they can grieve in peace."
The actress was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015.
Ms Doherty told People Magazine her breast cancer had returned in 2017 after going into remission.

She later revisited the character of Brenda with several guest appearances on the 2008 reboot 90210
The actress made her television debut in 1981 at the age of 10 in Father Murphy.
She has also appeared in films such as the cult classic Heathers and Mallrats.
