Aer Lingus has cancelled 122 more flights as the pilot pay dispute deepens.
The flights were scheduled from July 3rd to July 7th, and the airline said it would notify affected customers today.
The cancellations follow a breakdown in talks between Aer Lingus and its pilots' representative organisation, IALPA, yesterday.
In a statement, the airline said it will provide customers with the option to change flights or get a full refund.
“Aer Lingus fully understands the anxiety being experienced by customers given the uncertainty caused by IALPA’s industrial action and is giving affected customers as many options as possible,” the airline said.
Some 270 flights have previously been cancelled by the airline, which estimates that 40,000 customers have been impacted by the industrial action so far.
Pilots are seeking a pay rise of 24%, which they say accounts for inflation since 2019.
They are currently engaging in a work-to-rule, meaning they won’t do any overtime outside their rosters until their demands are met.
An eight-hour strike is scheduled to take place on Saturday from 5 am to 1 pm.
