An Aer Lingus flight has safely returned to Dublin after being forced to turn back due to a technical fault.
Aer Lingus flight EI736 was travelling to Palma De Mallorca after departing from Dublin at 7:40am this morning.
The flight crew made the decision to return to Dublin after 20 minutes due to a technical fault on the aircraft.

The flight landed safely back in Dublin at 8:20am.
The aircraft is undergoing an inspection, and it is expected to depart for its destination later this morning.
