Air Accident investigators have been called in following a plane crash in Co. Offaly yesterday.
The light aircraft is understood to have gone down near Birr Airfield on the Roscrea Road yesterday evening.
Two men who were on-board the Samba XL plane at the time of the incident. They were taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore.

However their injuries are not life-threatening and they suffered cuts to their faces.
Emergency services - including the Air Ambulance, gardai and fire services - attended the scene.
It is believed the aircraft was en-route from County Longford.
