Alex Reid has been arrested following a disturbance at the home he shares with his fiance.

The cage fighter has been taken into custody on suspicion of causing violence to gain entry to his and Chantelle Houghton’s house.

The incident follows a number of interviews where the Big Brother couple have commented on the troubled nature of their relationship.
