The Tánaiste has said there will be something to benefit every household in tomorrow's cost of living announcement.
The Cabinet sub-committee will meet to sign off on measures to curb rampant inflation.
It follows the universal €100 energy credit announced in December.
It's expected many of the new measures will be more targeted, with Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe saying they don't want to do anything to further fuel rising costs.
However, Tánaiste Leo Varadkar said there will be measures to benefit everyone as well.
He said: "There's a number of moving parts, and the package isn't decided yet.
"But I think it's fair to say there will be a universal element so that all households benefit."
He said it's important to note that middle-income families are also struggling to pay bills, due to the costs of childcare, mortgages, rent and more.
Meanwhile, a Green Party TD has urged the Government to hold a mini-budget to alleviate the rising cost of living.
Neasa Hourigan wants a €10 a week increase in child benefit, the minimum wage to be increased to €11 (from the current €10.50), and a new cost of disability payment.
Social welfare increases are not expected to be among the measures announced by the Government tomorrow.
