Mr Caffrey also said Kerry is “confident” this weekend, saying “they possibly have one of the greatest footballers ever to play the game in David Clifford”.
Kerry and Dublin have met in 14 previous All-Ireland finals, with Kerry winning eight of these and Dublin six.
Irish Rail has warned that demand across its services is expected to be extremely high due to the final, urging passengers to travel as early as possible.
It also introduced additional rail services across the weekend as the All-Ireland final coincides with the Bray Air Display.
