Sinn Féin has called on the Minister for Health to publish the review which was commissioned in 2019.
The party's spokesperson on Health, David Cullinane said there are potentially serious consequences if there is a further delay.
“If you don’t publish this review, then the new national cardiovascular strategy that has to look at prevention, treatment, community scanning frequency, for example,” he told The Hard Shoulder.
“All of these issues where investment is needed, all of these issues are essentially put on hold.”
