One of the two boys convicted of murdering Ana Kriègel in May 2018 wants to introduce fresh evidence as part of his upcoming appeal.
'Boy B' was 13-years-old when he lured Ana to her death.
Because of his age at the time, his identity is forever protected by law.
During a brief hearing on Friday, the Court of Appeal was also told of his intention to challenge the admissibility of certain evidence that was not contested at trial.
Following his conviction in 2019, 'Boy B' was sentenced to 15 years detention with a review to take place after he has served eight years.
His case will be mentioned again in May.
