The former Chief Executive of Anglo Irish Bank told a colleague that his strategy for getting money in was to go down to the Central Bank 'with our arms swinging'.
The latest recording of a phone call between David Drumm and senior colleague John Bowe has been released by the Independent.ie today.
The recording was made the night before a crucial meeting with the Financial Regulator in September 2008.
