Willie Myrick, a nine-year-old from Georgia in the USA, was tricked into approaching a car outside his home by an unknown man. The would-be kidnapper then forced him into the vehicle before driving off - however he later threw the boy out of the car after being annoyed by his incessant singing.

In an interview with local TV station WXIA, Myrick tells how after hours of singing his favourite gospel song, ‘Every Praise’ by Hezekiah Walker, he was thrown out of the car by the annoyed kidnapper.

Shortly after the incident, Walker himself visited Myrick and said: “I really do believe that God spoke through me to save that young man’s life.”
