A 33 year old Antrim man is due in court in Australia in the morning, charged in connection with an alleged punch that seriously injured his younger brother.

Barry Lyttle, 33, allegedly punched his brother Patrick, 31, in the head following a minor disagreement outside a nightclub on January 3rd.

Patrick's condition was initially described as critical, but he has since regained consciousness and has been taken out of the intensive care unit.

Barry, who has been charged with recklessly causing grievous bodily harm, is currently on bail and is due to appear in court in the morning.
