Archaeologists from across the country are set to hold a protest in Dublin today over their wages.
The dig for a living wage campaign has seen workers vote in favour of rejecting all work that pays below €11.45 an hour.
The UNITE trade union says their profession has been victim of a race to the bottom in wages - and hopes today's demonstration will raise awareness of the issue.
