/> Gardai are investigating an incident in Dublin city centre, in which two men were apparently seen entering a manhole on Little Ship Street behind Dublin Castle at around 10 o’clock last night.

The area has been sealed off and the Garda Underwater Unit is at the scene.

However, at this stage, it’s not believed to be a security threat.
