Ariel Castro has been told he will never be released from prison after he held three women captive at his house in Ohio for around ten years.

The 53-year-old has been sentenced to 1-thousand years for the kidnap of his victims.

He tried to defend his actions in court claiming he is "not a monster" and has a sex addiction.
