Two men in their 30s are due in court this afternoon charged in connection with the armed robbery of a cash-in-transit van in County Meath on Monday.
Gardaí said the van was held up at gunpoint on Main Street in Clonee on Monday afternoon.
Three men were arrested after armed gardaí stopped two cars on the N3 immediately after the robbery.
A cash-box containing €30,000, an imitation firearm and an electronic signal blocker were recovered.
The men, aged 30, 33 and 35, were Finglas and Ashbourne Garda stations for questioning.
This afternoon, Gardaí said two men in their 30s are due before the Criminal Courts of Justice.
Another man has been released without charge with a file to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
