A man has been arrested in Dublin after reports of an assault on the northside of the city.

Gardaí were called to a house on Rathvilly Drive in Finglas at about 10:15pm last night.

A man aged in his 20s was arrested at the scene.

3 women and 2 men – including the arrested man – received hospital treatment for minor injuries.

The suspect is being questioned at Finglas Garda station.
