This morning, the Judge said the State's book of evidence was complete, had been brought to the Court and has been served on Mr Puska.

Through a translator, Jozef Puska said he understood the case is being sent forward for trial; however, a specific date was unavailable for his appearance at the Central Criminal Court.

He has been granted free legal aid and the Judge ordered that the book of evidence be translated into Slovakian.
