He has been cooped up in the International Space Station for the past six months, but Chris Hadfield will finally hang up the spacesuit and return to planet earth tomorrow.

The 53-year-old Canadian has kept earthlings abreast of life in space via the medium of Twitter, including images of Ireland on St Patrick's Day, showing what happens when you cry in space, lessons on how to take a photo from space and how to recycle urine.
