A man has appeared in court charged with the attempted murder of three men outside a Dublin pub nine years ago.
All three survived the shooting at the Players Lounge in Fairview in 2010.
40-year-old Alan Wilson, with an address at New Street Gardens in Dublin 8, appeared before the non-jury Special Criminal Court this morning.
He has been charged with five offences relating to the shooting at the Players Lounge pub in the early hours of July 26th 2010.
They are possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition and three attempted murder charges.
Inspector Liam Donoghue from Clontarf Garda Station told the court that when the details of the charges were read to him, Mr Wilson replied "I'd absolutely nothing to do with these allegations".
Mr Wilson sat silently during the hearing, which lasted around 10 minutes.
An application for legal aid was made and granted.
The accused has been remanded in custody and is due back in court at the end of next month.
