The High Court has adjourned until Friday a case taken by a man who believes his girlfriend is being unduly pressurised into having an abortion in the UK against her will.
He believes she is being pressurised into having the termination by her family.
Ms Justice Mary Laffoy adjourned the case until tomorrow morning to allow the woman time to get independent legal advice.
Barrister Simon Mills told Newstalk's Breakfast that an individual "who has rights under the constitution, has, among those rights, the absolutely express right to travel out of the jurisdiction for purposes that include having a termination of a pregnancy":
