A law forcing tobacco firms to sell cigarettes in plain packets is now in effect in Australia - the first of its kind anywhere in the world.
Cigarette packs will no longer carry the manufacturer's logo and are instead replaced by images discouraging smoking.
To distinguish the different brands, the manufacturer's name is added in small print at the bottom of the pack.
