The sequel to Avatar won’t be released until 2015.

The highly anticipated continuation to the billion dollar box office smash was originally due out in 2014 – but that’s now thought to be ambitious.

Avatar 2 and 3 will be released in consecutive years – but both will be filmed together in New Zealand.
