Abdullah Kurdi, the Father who lost his two sons and his wife in the seas between Turkey and Greece this week has returned home to bury his family members.
Crowds from Kobane gathered to meet Abdullah on his return.
He wept openly as he arrived.
Abdullah lost his sons Aylan (3) and Ghalib (5), as well as his wife Rehan this week when they drowned after two inflatable dinghys transporting dozens of asylum seekers sank during a three mile crossing from Turkey's Bodrum peninsula to the eastern Greek island of Kos.
The family's story is being followed by millions of people after a photograph of Aylan lying dead in the surf went viral.
