The Finance Minister of Bangladesh says he doesn't think the impact of the factory building collapse in Dhaka was "really serious" - adding that this sort of thing " happens everywhere".
More then 530 people have now been confirmed dead after the building came down more than a week ago.
Yesterday an engineer who warned that the factory was unsafe the day before it collapsed - was arrested. He's the ninth person to be questioned by police in connection with the disaster.
