Bank of Ireland says all of the delayed payments overnight have now been credited to customers.
It's blaming a late-arriving file for the delay and says only some payments were delayed.
Earlier, the bank tweeted about the problem.

The news comes after a turbulent year for other Irish banks, specifically Ulster Bank, whose customers have suffered from IT glitches on at least two seperate occasions.
Bank of Ireland thanked its customers for their patience.
