Bank of Ireland says all payments which were due to be made yesterday have been sent to customer accounts overnight.
It is after tens of thousands of public servants and others were not paid yesterday.
The bank says if any customers have not gotten the expected payment this morning.

It says a payment file delayed on Wednesday caused the error.
Customers are advised to keep an eye on their accounts this morning - and to get in touch with their branch if the problem persists.
The bank has reiterated its apology and says no customer will be out of pocket due to the error.
