The BBC's decision to shelve a Newsnight investigation into Jimmy Savile child abuse allegations was "seriously flawed".
The Pollard Review has found Newsnight's editor was convinced by the abuse claims against Savile, but still dropped last year's story after influence by management.
The report is also critical of the BBC's inability to deal with the aftermath of the scandal. It concludes leadership and organisation at the BBC seemed to be in short supply.
Witnesses including top BBC executives and journalists on the flagship current affairs show have given evidence.
