A network fault meant the whole of Belfast was without power for a time this evening.
Northern Ireland Electricity said the complete blackout was caused by an issue with the high voltage transmission network.
Power has now returned to some parts of Belfast.

NIE are already working to restore power to 43,000 customers who had lost supply because of the bad weather.
Most of the properties affected outside Belfast are in Counties Down, Armagh, and Antrim.
