A Belfast boy whose fight against illness inspired a major cancer awareness campaign has died.

Oscar Knox (5) was diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer over two years ago.

Celtic football fans raised more than €500,000 to fund specialist treatment for Oscar.

Oscar was a big fan of superheros, Batman & Superman
