An 18-year-old Belfast man is in hospital after he was shot in both legs by a group of masked men.

Detectives in North Belfast are appealing for information following the paramilitary style shooting in the Manor Close area of the city.

A group of masked men entered a house at 10.15 last night and shot the man.

He is not in a life threatening condition.
