Ben Forster will play Jesus Christ on stage after winning ITV’s Superstar last night.

The 31-year-old from Sunderland – a stage-school graduate – will go straight into 5 weeks of rehearsals for this Autumn’s nationwide arena tour and will star alongside Mel C and Tim Minchin.
