The High Court has struck out a bid by the former manager of Waterford United to wind-up the First Division club.
Stephen Henderson claimed he was still owed over €37,000 after winning a legal action against the club for breach of contract and defamation.
In those proceedings he said he had been sacked in 2011 but alleged Waterford United claimed he resigned.
An agreement has now been reached between the parties.
Speaking to Newstalk's Courts Correspondent Francesca Comyn, Stephen Henderson had some strong words to say about how the matter ended up in the High Court in the first place
