A Dublin teenager has appeared in court charged in connection with an incident at a restaurant over Christmas that led to the deaths of two men.
Jonas Kabangu, whose address can’t be published by order of the judge, was granted bail today and is due back in court in March.
The 18-year-old is accused of using, or threatening to use, unlawful violence in a way that would cause a person to fear for his, or another person's safety.
Tristan Sherry died from head injuries suffered after he shot Jason Hennessy Senior in Browne's Steakhouse in Blanchardstown on Christmas Eve.
Mr. Hennessy died in hospital 11 days later.
