The body of a 42 year old man has been found at a house in Dublin.

The discovery was made in Marley Court South, Rathfarnham at around 5pm.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and the office of the State Pathologist has been notified.

Gardai in Dundrum have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the discovery.
