The body of a young boy's been recovered by police investigating the disappearance of three-year-old Mikaeel Kular in Edinburgh.

Officers made the discovery in neighbouring Fife.

A person's also been detained - believed to be his mother, Rosdeep Kular.

Hundreds of locals had been searching for Mikaeel.
