The body of a man has been recovered off the coast of Co Donegal this morning.

Shortly after 10 o'clock this morning local fishermen discovered the body and the wreckage of a small boat off the coast of Malin Head.

The coastguard searched the area to ascertain if there any other individuals had been on board the vessel but the search has since been stood down.
