A body has been recovered in the water off the West Cork coast.
The body was found after a search was launched around lunchtime for a man missing after his boat capsized near Castletownbere.
Valentia Coastguard coordinated the search for the sole occupant of the boat and Castletownbere Lifeboat was also launched to assist in the operation.
Shortly before 2pm body was recovered from the water.
Life boat personnel are bringing the body ashore to Castletownbere.
It is the 5th body to be recovered from the sea in a matter of days.
On Tuesday the body of John O’Leary was recovered from Cod Head while on the same day the bodies of fishermen Michael Galvin and Noel Dickinson were recovered from the sea near Spanish Point in Co. Clare.
And on Wednesday night the body of fisherman Martin Burns was recovered near Clare Island in Co. Mayo.
