The historic Boland's Mill site at Grand Canal Dock in Dublin is to be redevleoped by NAMA as part of a €200 million project.
The scene of fighting during the 1916 rising will be turned into apartments and offices in three towers of up to 15 storeys.
The state owned agency are looking to clean up the derelict building and create a version of London's Canary Wharf in the Docklands.
