Officer Cassidee Carlson from the Aurora Police Department says the bomb disposal experts need to be very careful not to destroy any evidence in his apartment.
“One of the things we must consider is this investigation. We don’t want to lose anything which could be used as evidence and therefore we are very causious of how we deal with things – how we take things out – so that we don’t jeopardise the investigation. ”
Meanwhile, a 6 year-old girl is thought to be the youngest to die in a shooting at a cinema in Colorado, and her mother’s fighting for her life.
Veronica Moser was killed, along with 11 others, when a gunman opened into fire into the audience at a screening of the latest batman film.
Her mother Ashley remains critically ill in hospital.
