British Prime Minister David Cameron's facing a rebellion from one of his own MPs who's trying to force an early referendum on whether Britain should leave the EU.
Adam Afriyie wants the vote to be held before the next election NOT in 2017.
Number 10 says the plan to table an amendment would not be allowed to pass "in any circumstances".
