The singer scooped the prizes for Favorite R&B Artist, Favorite Album and Favorite Male Artist at last night's ceremony at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
While many celebrities enjoy partying after winning big, Justin had other ideas and instead treated himself to some greasy food.
"What do we do after we win 3 PCAs?!?! Easy... Go to Taco Bell!! People's Champ, baby!!" he wrote on Twitter.
"Thank you so much to everyone who voted!! I'm feeling like the People's Champ tonight!! Can't wait to see you all on tour. #PeoplesChoice (sic)"
Demi Lovato triumphed in the Favorite Female Artist category, beating the likes of Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Pink and pal Selena Gomez.
It was an emotional moment for Jennifer Hudson, who took home the meaningful Favorite Humanitarian gong.
The star has overcome some tough times, after her mother, brother and nephew were murdered by her sister's estranged husband in 2008.
Breaking down in tears, she said: "I have to start off saying the same thing I said when I won my Oscar - look what God can do!
"This all started, like I said, back home in our church where we grew up. My mother always taught us that without family you have nothing, and whether you know it or not all are family, and what happens to the other happens to us, so it's very important to make a difference."
After the tragedy, Jennifer and her sister set up the Julian D. King Gift Foundation.
In movies, Sandra Bullock was a big winner, picking up Favorite Movie Actress, Favorite Movie Duo (with George Clooney), Favorite Comedic Movie (with The Heat), Favorite Comedic Movie Actress, Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress and Favorite Dramatic Movie (with Gravity).
